Our Policies and Freight Charges

NeedleGraphics-DownUnder will endeavour to have all advertised materials in stock. We do not have control over our suppliers (local, inter-state and/or overseas). Therefore, at times certain advertised items might be out of stock.

NeedleGraphics-DownUnder or any of its subsidiaries will not sell, pass on or publish any of the customer's information to third parties. Your privacy is very important to us. Sensitive information during the ordering stage such as your name, credit card details etc. are processed using a separate secured server with Thawte. Authentic Sites use Thawte SSL Web Server Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. Thawte has checked and verified the company registration documents and the site's registered domain name. This information is included in the SSL certificate that we issue. This enables you to check the site's validity yourself. Always check a site's certificate before entering any sensitive information. Preferred payment is PayPal (when using Go Shopping) as this is the cheapest form of payment. Bank drafts  are costly because of the various bank-charges. Go Shopping accepts Visa, American Express, and Master Cards.

If requested,  NeedleGraphics-DownUnder will accept your order and in consultation with the carrier (postal department, preferred courier, etc.) determine what the shipment costs and handling will be. You as our valued customer will be advised accordingly if there are unexpected deviations of our standard charges, and you can then decide your options. After your order AND postage & handling are accepted by you, it is expected that payment will be received prior dispatch of your order. 

Ownership of the goods does not pass to the purchaser until such time as the supplier has been paid in full. 

In case part of your order is not in stock, you will be advised immediately. NeedleGraphics-DownUnder will offer you cancellation of order, accept order as is (back ordering), or accept substitute(s).

Return Policy: NeedleGraphics provides a 30-day from invoice date, no questions asked, money back guarantee on most of all our  products purchased except special order items.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any software, kit, pre-cut material, etc.  that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • ‘’All sales final’’ items

Special order items will be charged a 20% restocking fee; these special order items include but are not limited to cottons and wool, material, tools, non-stock items, and frames. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail (sales@needlecraft.biz) or phone/fax and we will immediately issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN).   No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect, re-saleable condition.

All items listed as "SPECIALS"  or has been discounted will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued.  Actual shipping charges paid by NeedleGraphics will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you.

  • Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
  • The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
  • You must include all packaging materials.
  • Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
  • All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
  • You must pay any return shipping expense.
  • Display  the RAN # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account. The amount to be credited equals the invoice cost(s) of the product(s) MINUS the postage and handling charges unless the goods were faulty. Then NeedleGraphics will refund the customer the full amount (goods + postage & handling)You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund.

Orders can be placed by facsimile, letter, telephone, by e-mail or by using Go Shopping

Within Australia NeedleGraphics is using eParcel for the shipment of parcels. eParcel (Australia Post) notifies the receiver by email the eParcel reference (consignment note) which can be tracked through Australia Post's website when the parcel has been lodged with our postal distribution centre.

NOTE: Postage and Handling charges can be adjusted  upwards/downwards according to volume and/or weight as required by our carriers. The customer will be notified of any increase in cost prior dispatch to obtain approval. *Plus GST (Australia only)
