Bring the needle out at 1. Insert it three blocks up and one to the left at 2. Bring the needle out again two blocks to the right at 3. Insert it three blocks down and one to the left at 1 again. The next stitch bring the needle out again two blocks to the right. Form the stitch as in step 1. Continue working stitches in this way to complete row. To begin a new row, bring the needle to the front two blocks below the bottom of the last stitch. Insert it three blocks up and one to the right. Bring the needle out again two blocks to the left. Then insert it three blocks down and one to the right. Continue in this way to complete the second row. Start each row two blocks below the bottom of the previous row.
